Job Description

职责：

具备根据公认的工程实践、已发布的规范和法规实施电气和电子系统及子系统设计所需的技能
领导演出布景控制系统设计工作，从蓝天创意到深化设计、制作、安装、测试与调试，直至向游客开放
领导并指导团队内的其他工程师
参与并主持设计评审和同行评审
参与系统设计和测试的各个环节
根据迪士尼标准绘制工程图纸
跟踪个人和团队的任务进度，并将预算/工期与实际情况比较
具备扎实的故障排除知识和技能
能够有效地沟通想法、问题和解决方案必需技能：
理解电气/电子原理
理解计算机、强电和通信理论
理解电气/电子/控制系统的故障排除技术
掌握基本的物理和数学知识
能够绘制控制系统的原理图和装配图
具备编制进度计划的方法/经验
具备估算方法/经验
能够以非技术人员易于理解的方式阐述技术概念
创意转化能力 - 能够从零开始进行设计
系统集成
现场集成（测试与调试）
工程分析与模拟
工程规范及要求
控制系统设计及故障排除（熟练使用AutoCAD或其他类似电气设计软件）
了解伺服控制/PID回路
熟悉相关UL/NEC/ASTM/ISO/IEC标准
具备在快节奏的创新环境中开展设计管理的能力
6-8年或以上电气/控制工程相关工作经验
英语流利优先考虑的技能：
迪士尼演出布景控制系统架构
具备可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）的编程知识
理解机械和软件系统教育背景要求：
电气/电子/机器人/计算机工程学士学位
拥有研究生学历和专业资格证书者优先考虑 Responsibilities:  Possess the skills necessary to execute the design of electrical and electronic systems and subsystems in accordance with accepted engineering practices, published codes, and regulations  Lead the design for show control from blue sky, through detailed design, production, installation, T&A, and opening to guests  Lead and mentor other engineers within team  Attend and lead design and peer reviews  Participate in all aspects of system design and testing  Produce engineering drawings based on Disney standards  Track personal and team progress on assignments comparing budget/schedule to actuals.  Solid troubleshooting knowledge and skillset  Ability to communicate ideas, issues, and resolutions effectively Required Skills:  Understanding of electrical / electronic principles  Understanding of computer, power, and communications theory  Understanding of techniques for troubleshooting electrical / electronic / control systems  Knowledge of general physics and mathematics  Schematic and assembly drawing of control systems  Scheduling methods / experience  Estimating methods / experience  Ability to present technical concepts in manner understandable by non-technical people  Creative translator - clean sheet design  System integration  Field integration (test & adjust)  Engineering analysis & simulation  Engineering specifications & requirements  Control systems design and troubleshooting  AutoCAD (or similar electrical design package)  Understanding of servo control / PID loops  Knowledge of relevant UL / NEC / ASTM / ISO / IEC  Design management skills in a fast paced creative environment  6-8 years of experience or more in an electrical/controls engineering role  Must speak English fluently Preferred Skills:  Disney show control system architecture  Knowledge of PLC programming  Understanding of mechanical and software systems Required education:  BS Electrical /Electronic/Robotics/Computer engineering (or equivalent experience)  Advanced degree and professional registration is desirable.
