Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 Mission The System Electronic Engineer Operates In Support To The Project Teams In Order To Finalize The Design Activities For The Applications Related To The Chinese Market. The Scope Of His Activity Includes

  • Technical support during the feasibility analysis of customer's requests, this is done in teamwork with the sales force and the Electronics Engineering Teams located in Tecnord-Modena;
  • Functional test of products and combinations of products (specification, execution, reporting of results);
  • Selection, validation and submission to the approval of the Design Teams of specific components that can be sourced from local suppliers;
  • Commissioning and troubleshooting of electronic products and related systems; Technical support during the whole product's lifecycle. Responsibilities and Activities Electronic System Engineering
  • Analysis of customers requirements, definition of the electronic parts starting from existing products, reporting to the Design Teams.
  • Co-operation with the Design Teams during the definition of product's layout, components and product's drawing.

Testing & Validation

  • Perform functional and performance testing of electronic products in the internal test area.
  • Define and update testing procedures, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct system-level validation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
  • Prepare detailed test reports, documenting results, anomalies, and corrective actions.

Commissioning & Field Support

  • Execute commissioning activities at customer sites, including system setup, calibration, and performance validation.
  • Assist customers during machine start up phases when electronic products are involved. Provide on-site and remote support to troubleshoot issues related to electronic parts or electro-hydraulic systems.
  • Support root cause analysis activities related to customer's claims.

Documentation & Communication

  • Production of technical documentation, in support to sales and production, like e.g. test procedures, reports, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Reporting of test results and technical data to engineering, quality, sales, and suppliers. Provide feedback and proposals to improve product reliability, manufacturing and testing methods.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Electronics Design engineers, quality engineers, production engineers and suppliers.
  • Participate in design reviews to provide input based on testing and field experience. Support product improvement initiatives. Working condition
  • Office in Shanghai
  • Available to frequent visits at Customer premises or end user for testing and inspection of working conditions, in China mainland and abroad. Travel: Up to 50%. Requirement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical degree. Deep knowledge of analogue and digital electronics circuits and components, related schematics and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulics in order to understand the working principles of Casappa/Tecnord products
  • Good knowledge of the products involved in this role (working principle of joysticks, sensors and electronic controllers)
  • Good knowledge of communication networks: CAN Bus (mandatory), RS-232 (mandatory), Ethernet (optional), Radio Controls (optional)
  • Basic knowledge of programming principles and configuration of electronic units (embedded systems and PC, knowledge of programming languages is not mandatory) Good knowledge of English language (very good for reading/writing, good for talk/listen)
  • Previous experience with test instruments and electronic laboratory equipment. Preferred Skills and Soft Skills
