⢠ Design, implement and test RTL / FPGA embedded designs for a cutting-edge
Ā Ā LiDAR sensor
⢠ Develop the FPGA architecture and partition it into submodules
⢠ Implement high-speed data acquisition modules, data-flow control and signal-
Ā Ā processing algorithms
⢠ Write detailed implementation requirements from high-level specifications
⢠ Document a test and implementation plan and then execute on it
⢠ Contribute to strategies for the analysis and verification of the FPGA-
Ā Ā based LiDAR hardware system
⢠ Verify designs through simulation and emulation
ā¢Ā Cooperate with other teams to integrate and bring up developed features in
Ā Ā prototype hardware
Dein Profil
- Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or a related field
- 6+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid RTL development experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog, and in Ā complex FPGA architecture design
- Proficient in FPGA design methodologies (from state-machine design to DSP implementation), timing closure and mapping algorithms to FPGA-appropriate logic
- Hands-on experience with XILINX/AMD development tools and programming skills in Python
- Expert at integrating and bringing up features in hardware
- Good written and spoken German and English
- A plus: VHDL, C/C++, digital/analog circuit design, and knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive SPICE (ASPICE)
