Job Summary
We are seeking an Embedded Engineer with strong experience in microcontroller-based hardware and firmware design, including analog and digital circuits. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, Modbus, CAN, Ethernet, USB, and wireless transmission technologies. A solid understanding or familiarity with EMI/EMC testing is essential, along with hands-on experience in firmware development, unit testing, debugging, schematic design, and the use of ECAD tools, preferably Altium.

Experience in hardware architecture design, feature & performance specifications, 16/32-bit micro-controllers / micro-processor-based designs.

Excellent theoretical & practical embedded firmware development 8/16/32 bit -Microcontroller / Microprocessor based design

Hands on experience on simulation tools like PSpice, LTSpice, etc.

Hands on experience linear / Switched Mode Power Supplies.

Hands on experience on various Communication protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, Ethernet, USB CAN wireless, etc.

Unit and Integration testing, performance measurement, Debugging and analysis of the assigned issues, Re-engineering of existing code for reuse with required modifications and associated unit/integration testing.

Hands-on experience in schematic design and ECAD Tools (prefer Altium).

Familiarity in IoT with Bluetooth Low Energy, WiFi chipsets, LoRa & RF modules.

Experience of full Hardware and firmware development life cycle including requirements management, design, development, verification & validation, qualification & certification testing in Industrial applications.

Experience in collaborating with local / global suppliers for prototype developments, external labs for testing etc.

Develop high level and detailed design, unit/module test cases, simulators, test plans & reports.

Expert in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets using test & measurement equipment like Digital Oscilloscope, Protocol Analyser etc.
Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall Hardware design & firmware development of the product.

Responsible for meeting the overall project schedule

Work with cross function team to understand customer requirements, participate in system / subsystem design review, finalize electronics design requirement by reviewing with systems & global engineering teams.
QMS Responsibilities
-
To participate meaningfully in Internal and third-party Audits of Implemented Management System Standards.

To contribute to the organization Knowledge inventory documents.

To participate in finalizing management review inputs to be given to QMS coordinator/MR
-
To control, correct, find out root cause and take corrective actions on non-Conformity and its consequence and customer complaints.

To be aware of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
