In this role, you will design and develop advanced robotic and mechatronic systems, contribute to production-ready solutions, and help shape cutting-edge technologies for clients across industries while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in technical pre-sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design and develop robotics and mechatronics solutions for mobile robots, robotic manipulators, and other advanced robotic systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability
Take ownership of end-to-end solution development, from concept and prototyping through validation and production readiness, driving innovation and engineering excellence
Collaborate closely with robotics, electronics, software, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet technical and customer requirements
Build rapid prototypes and production-grade systems, integrating real-time computation, sensors, embedded electronics, motor control, power systems, and thermal management components
Test, validate, and optimize robotic solutions in both simulation environments and real-world conditions to improve system performance, precision, and safety
Design automated robotic systems that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and accuracy across industrial and commercial applications
Participate in technical pre-sales activities, including workshops, demonstrations, presentations, and consultations with internal and external stakeholders
Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and modern approaches in navigation, sensing, decision-making, robotic control systems, and robotic mechanism performance to support innovation and business growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field
Proven experience designing and developing complex robotics or mechatronics systems
Strong expertise in PCB design, breadboarding, electronics integration, and embedded development for ARM-based platforms such as STM32 with RTOS
Proficiency in C++ and Python, with solid knowledge of robotics principles, control systems, and related algorithms
Experience integrating sensors, low-level motor control, power electronics, real-time computing, and thermal management into multi-DOF robotic systems
Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards such as ANSI, ISO, and CE
Additional experience with FPGA design, industrial robot programming, PLC/SCADA platforms, or mechanical design tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD is an advantage
Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and English language skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
