Job Description /Work Experience Requirements

Lead schematic design, PCB layout, and BOM preparation for new hardware products.

Perform simulations of analog and digital circuits to verify design robustness.

Build, solder, and debug prototypes for design validation and functional testing.

Support existing and new products with modifications, updates, and improvements.

Collaborate with software, firmware, and mechanical teams on system design, interface definition, and integration protocols.

Coordinate with external vendors for mechanical integration and hardware interfacing.

Interface with certification bodies for compliance with IEC, EMI, and EMC standards.

Document designs by producing technical manuals, application notes, and troubleshooting guides.

Provide support for firmware development, product installation, and maintenance teams.

Job Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering.

A solid knowledge in electronics (component selection, design calculations, circuit concept and control).

Experience in Power Supply is a MUST
-
At least 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in embedded hardware design using STM32/ARM Cortex-M and low-power embedded design.
Technical Skills:
-
At least 2 years of experience in flyback power supply design and high-voltage safety.

Proficient in Altium Designer, LTspice, and thermal simulation tools.
-
Expertise in AC power measurement and precision analog front-end design.
-
Experience with product design for manufacturability (DFM) and testability (DFT).
-
Solid understanding and experience with communication interfaces: UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, Ethernet, GSM, LoRa.

Familiarity with low-power design for battery-operated systems.

Hands-on prototyping using STM32, ESP32, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi platforms.

Competence in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic/spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and VNAs.

Ability to quickly interpret device datasheets and application notes.
Preferred:

Experience with RF design, antenna matching (GSM/LoRa), and impedance tuning.

Leadership:
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews.

Problem-Solving:
Debugging complex hardware issues (e.g., noise, thermal bottlenecks).
