Hardware Electronics Design Consulting
teams in Switzerland, you will take on the following responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the complete design of complex electronic boards:

Develop and optimize
analog and mixed-signal circuits
for next-generation
phased-array antennas
.

Participate in defining technical requirements and contribute to hardware architecture development.
-
Create electronic schematics, select components, and manage procurement follow-up.
-
Collaborate on PCB design, oversee board bring-up activities, and lead validation phases.
-
Prepare all documentation required for design, manufacturing, and industrialization.
-
Work closely with RF, mechanical, systems, and software teams, as well as external partners.

Support production ramp-up and analyze issues identified in the field or reported by customer support.
Desired Profile
We are looking for a proactive, methodical professional who is comfortable working in a complex and multidisciplinary technical environment.
Required Skills
-
At least
10 years of experience in electronics design
within highly demanding industries such as aerospace, space, automotive, or medical devices.

Proven experience bringing your own designs into production and managing field feedback and failure analysis.

Advanced expertise in electronic schematic design, ideally using
Altium Designer / Altium 365
.

PCB layout experience is a strong asset.

Excellent skills in:

Low-voltage / high-current power supply design

Low-noise electronics
-
Transient management
-
High-speed digital interfaces
-
Thorough understanding of the full development lifecycle: prototyping, architecture definition, schematic capture, simulations, bring-up, verification, documentation, and production release.

Familiarity with
Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
,
Design for Assembly (DFA)
,
Design for Test (DFT)
,
Design for Maintenance (DFMtn)
approaches, and quality-oriented methodologies.

Proficiency with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and Vector Network Analyzers (VNA).

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
