Responsibilities
- Design and develop firmware for embedded networking hardware
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams on system architecture
- Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and security
- Debug and resolve firmware issues in production devices

Write technical documentation and test plans
- 5+ years of firmware development experience
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems
- Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, LTE, Wi-Fi)
- Familiarity with RTOS (FreeRTOS or similar)
- Experience with hardware debug tools (JTAG, oscilloscope)
