Key Responsibilities

• Should able to Case study the stakeholder requirements and Inputs.
• Must work independently by following the standards and guidelines.
• Responsible for project deliverable from Library creation, component placement, Routing ,Gerber release till PCB & PCBA.
• Should have good understanding of Datasheets & Creating Libraries (Schematic symbol and PCB footprint ) as per IPC Standards.
• Collaborate with different teams like Electrical, Mechanical, to design PCB as per requirement and PCB suppliers.
• Should have worked on Various PCB technologies like High speed, High power, RF PCB’s.
• Should have sound knowledge on Layer stack up design.
• Should have sound knowledge on PCB Design considering EMI/EMC.
• Must be strong in PCB design considering DFM, DFA & DFT.
• Must be capable of understanding and solving the EQ’s/TQ’s from the suppliers.
• Should have knowledge on PCB review, DFM reviews.
• Good to have knowledge on Reverse Engineering the PCB design.
• Actively participating in cross functional team meetings to take and provide feedback.
• Prioritize activities as per the organization goals.
• Support in mitigating Product, Sourcing and Program risks.
• Taking initiatives in implementing processes to improve organization efficiency.
• Working on multiple projects whenever required.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma /B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation and Control Engineering)
• Overall 5 to 8 years of experience in PCB design.
• Must have developed the product from Concept to production.
• Hands on experience in library creation for Schematic symbol and PCB library as per IPC standards.
• Hands on experience in PCB layout designing using IPC Standards/Guidelines, Stack up design, DFx (DFA, DFM & DFT)
• Experience in High speed design/RF, High Voltage, High current design.
• Knowledge on PCB level EMI/EMC guidelines.
• Hands on experience in PCB Tools: Altium, Allegro
• Hands on experience in DFM tools: CAM350 or valor etc.
