Senior Embedded Systems Engineer

Brief Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to lead complex embedded projects, solve challenging technical problems, and mentor engineering teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive system performance, reliability, and innovation in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Job Description:

· Lead the development and delivery of embedded firmware and subsystem solutions

· Perform advanced debugging, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution

· Define and execute validation and testing strategies

· Assess change impacts and maintain system integrity

· Mentor junior engineers and support technical reviews

· Drive telemetry, observability, and system performance improvements

Skills & Experience:

· Strong experience in embedded systems, firmware development, and system integration

· Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

· Experience with validation, testing, and change management

· Comfortable leading technical projects and mentoring engineer

· Proficiency with Claude Code is essential

· Minimum 8+ years' experience in embedded systems engineering.

Qualification:

BEng/ BSc in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Mechatronic Engineering
