🚀 We're Hiring | Senior Embedded Software Engineers -Medical Devices

📍 Location: Houston, Texas (Minimum 3 days onsite, ideally 5 days onsite)

🏥 We're partnering with an innovative medical technology company developing next-generation medical devices that are transforming patient care . As the team continues to grow, we're looking for experienced Embedded Software Engineers and Architects to help design and develop safety-critical software for cutting-edge medical systems.

💼 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for advanced medical device platforms .

• Develop software in C/C++ within real-time operating system (RTOS) environments, including QNX .

• Collaborate with systems, electrical, mechanical, and verification engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Participate in software architecture, design reviews, integration, verification, and validation activities.

• Contribute to the development of high-quality, safety-critical products in a regulated environment .

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering , or a related discipline.

• Strong experience developing embedded software using C/C++ .

• Experience with QNX or another RTOS in real-time embedded systems .

• Experience working within the medical device industry is highly preferred.

• Exposure to complex electromechanical systems is a significant advantage.

• Knowledge of software development within regulated environments ( IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA design controls , etc.) is highly desirable.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary engineering teams .
