Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to lead the technical development of advanced hardware and firmware solutions. This position is highly hands-on and involves full responsibility for embedded design, from concept to production.


The Role:

  • Drive the design and implementation of embedded systems for end-user products, covering the entire lifecycle from initial concept to deployment.
  • Create and validate PCB designs, including schematic capture, layout checks, and hardware bring-up.
  • Develop and maintain embedded software, including low-level firmware, device drivers, and application code in C and C++.
  • Utilize real-time operating systems (RTOS) for scheduling and performance optimization.
  • Design energy-efficient embedded solutions for low-power applications.
  • Implement and integrate communication protocols and interfaces.
  • Manage source control, code reviews, and release processes using Git-based tools.
  • Prepare clear technical documentation for hardware, firmware, and system integration processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system-level integration.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance at both hardware and software levels.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, reliability, and manufacturability standards.


The Profile:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in embedded systems development.
  • Strong programming skills in C and C++ for embedded platforms, including object-oriented design.
  • Hands-on experience with RTOS and real-time embedded systems.
  • Proven track record in PCB design and hardware validation using professional tools.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git or similar).
  • Expertise in low-power system design and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of firmware development and driver integration.
  • Ability to produce clear, maintainable technical documentation.
  • Interest in advanced communication technologies and system-level integration.
  • Exposure to modem integration, RF systems, or next-generation communication protocols.
  • Experience designing hardware for rugged or outdoor environments.
