The Role
Lead the design and development of complex embedded software solutions using C and C++ for diverse industrial applications.
Collaborate daily with Mechanical and Electronics Engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration for new product launches.
Take full ownership of the software lifecycle, from initial architectural concepts through to debugging, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical mentorship and supervision to junior engineers, steering project timelines and maintaining high coding standards.
Drive innovation by implementing RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) to optimize performance in high-stakes manufacturing environments.
What You'll Need
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Embedded C development within a commercial or industrial setting.
Extensive hands-on experience working with Microcontrollers (MCU) and Microprocessors (MPU) for firmware applications.
Proven proficiency in RTOS software development and an understanding of low-level hardware communication protocols.
A strong academic background, typically a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Previous experience supervising a team or leading complex technical projects is highly desirable for this Principal-level seat.
