Step into a high-impact Principal role where you will drive the development of next-generation firmware and embedded systems. This is a hands-on design position where you’ll collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams, blending Embedded C expertise with high-level architectural strategy to deliver market-leading products.

The Role

• Lead the design and development of complex embedded software solutions using C and C++ for diverse industrial applications.
• Collaborate daily with Mechanical and Electronics Engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration for new product launches.
• Take full ownership of the software lifecycle, from initial architectural concepts through to debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical mentorship and supervision to junior engineers, steering project timelines and maintaining high coding standards.
• Drive innovation by implementing RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) to optimize performance in high-stakes manufacturing environments.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Embedded C development within a commercial or industrial setting.
• Extensive hands-on experience working with Microcontrollers (MCU) and Microprocessors (MPU) for firmware applications.
• Proven proficiency in RTOS software development and an understanding of low-level hardware communication protocols.
• A strong academic background, typically a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience supervising a team or leading complex technical projects is highly desirable for this Principal-level seat.
