To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a S enior Electronic Developer(Embedded) located in Suzhou .
What a typical day looks like:
- Review customer specification and clarify customer requirement
- Recommend design solution / architecture
- Propose critical parts with long life cycle, reasonable cost
- Conduct BOM risk analysis, component derating analysis
- Generate functional test plan with test engineer
- Work with PCB layout designer to propose robust placement and routing
- Provide Functionality / EMC / Reliability test report
- Provide failure analysis report
- Conduct prototype bring up test with firmware engineer and release test report
- Conduct failure analysis to electrical failure mode
- Drive, monitor the corrective & preventive action to highlighted failure mode
- Generate ECR / ECO
- Document design data like schematic, BOM, netlist in organized structure
- Provide onsite engineering support for NPI build

Complete other tasks assigned by design manager or engineering director
- Bachelor or above degree, major in power electronics or electronics engineering or telecommunication related engineering
- At least 10 years embedded system design with ARM, x86
- Experience with TI Cortex, Intel Apollo, NXP I.MX, Microchip solution
- Experience with DDR3, DDR4, eMMC flash, SPI, I2C, USB3.0, Lan Transceiver, etc
- Experience with Cellular Network, WIFI, BT, RFID, Zigbee wireless communication
- Ability to use Cadence, Mentor or Altium for schematic capture
- Ability to use Pspice or Hspice to simulate analog circuit
- Ability to design high speed data transmission circuit and support signal integrity simulation and test
- Experience with DC power supply design and be able to run power budget analysis
- Experience with DFMEA calculation, component derating analysis, MTBF
- Corporate with PCB layout engineer to provide more robust placement and routing
- Experience with EMC/safety/thermal/DFx/reliability, develop verification & validation plan from prototype, EVT, DVT and PVT
- Good design version control with open source tool like subervision
- Be able to work in MNC environment and corporate with cross functional team
- Be able to manage the product design in target deadline and reasonable cost

Senior Embedded Software Engineer

What we're looking for
At embedd.it, we power hardware-software integration in embedded devices. We turn fragmented semiconductor chip data into configurable digital twins, then deterministically generate code, tests, and documentation – making integration faster, cheaper, and resilient to supply chain shocks.
We’re looking for a true legend – someone with abstract thinking and deep expertise in low-level software development. You’ll build vendor-agnostic tooling for MCU and peripheral integration to solve hardware-software integration once and for all. We work at the intersection of embedded systems, code generation, compilers, and machine learning. It’s your chance to help redefine how low-level development is done.
Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture of the driver structures and system layout
- Define scalable patterns for cross-architectural integration across bare-metal, Zephyr, Linux, and other environments
- Deconstruct complex SoC device trees and translate hardware descriptions into structured internal models for automated reasoning
- Partner with the ML team to shape data and annotation models for AI-driven data-extraction tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, including bare-metal and RTOS-based systems
- Proficiency in C/C++
- Familiarity with firmware configuration, SoC bring-up, and system-level debugging
- Hands-on experience with code generation tools, or low-level compiler/decompiler/emulator technologies
- Strong background in embedded toolchains: compilers, linkers, debuggers, and build systems
- Python or scripting for automation and tooling is a plus
- Experience with functional-safety standards is a plus
