Lead hardware redesign efforts by proposing alternative components, creating proof‑of‑concept designs, and ensuring minimal impact to software, calibration, and system architecture. Design, simulate, verify, and validate analog/digital board‑level circuits using CAD tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics), including debugging and resolving hardware issues.
Perform root‑cause analysis and failure analysis during V&V and manufacturing builds, documenting findings and driving both short‑ and long‑term solutions. Collaborate closely with manufacturing to integrate DFM improvements, develop debug tools, provide training materials, and enhance product yield and quality.
Mentor junior engineers while contributing to technical documentation, test automation, and high‑speed digital design involving CPUs/SoCs/microcontrollers.
