Job Purpose:
Grow the business in the defined region in order to meet the organisation’s strategic business plan both in the near term and the long term
Role Expectations:

Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company’s products and services on a continuing basis

Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation

Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner

Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders

Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications

Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions

Reporting structure:
Role will report into VP MR Sales

Interactions:
Internal Stakeholders: Sales, Lead Generation team and Solutioning Team, Project Manager MR

External Stakeholders: Customers at CXO level, Plant heads etc.
II.
PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS
Profile:
-
BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, ECE or Industrial engineering
-
MBA in Marketing
-
With 10+ years of Sales and Marketing experience in manufacturing domain, automotive, white goods , FMCG industry, consultative /solution selling, industrial automation B2B sales (Machine automation, Motion control automation ,material handling automation) etc.
-
Experience in driving west region sales is a must.
Requisites:
Background in mobile robotics solution sales within manufacturing, e-commerce, or 3PL sectors.
