Robotics Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated machine learning engineer to play a key role in developing algorithms based on generative AI models that enable robots to intelligently manipulate objects.

Your tasks

• Designing and developing state-of-the-art machine learning methods for robotic manipulation, with a focus on imitation learning and models that combine vision, language and action
• Creating scalable methods for generating training data and building efficient data pipelines to support training and deployment of models in a production environment
• Work closely with robotics, control, computer vision and software engineering teams to integrate ML algorithms into the robotics platform
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members in the spirit of collaboration and innovation
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models, preferably in a robotics context
• Familiarity with creating and training generative robot control models using transforms, diffusion or flow matching methods
• Experience in implementing ML algorithms on robotic hardware for real-time operation
• Proficiency in working with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX
• Knowledge of robotics tools and frameworks, especially ROS2 and Omniverse, and ability to work with control and perception teams
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Fluency in Polish required
• Residency in Poland required
