The company designs and manufactures high-performance instrumentation, software, and integrated hardware environments used globally by defense, aerospace, and telecommunications sectors to validate wireless and antenna architectures.


Located in the North Sharon area, operating under a professional engineering framework.


Position Overview

  • RF Systems Engineer joining a multidisciplinary R&D and integration group to design, develop, and deploy high-performance RF measurement architectures.
  • Owning the hardware lifecycle of RF sub-systems, including structural design, component selection, and link-budget analysis.
  • Executing hands-on system integration, lab verification, and technical calibration of advanced wave-simulation and connectivity hardware.
  • Providing high-tier engineering support, system troubleshooting, and technical guidance for complex, distributed communication systems.
  • Collaborating closely with mechanical, software, and automation teams within a multi-disciplinary hardware-software environment.
  • Note: The position requires readiness for international travel to client sites as needed.
  • Core Domain & Ecosystem- RF System Design, Electromagnetic Measurement, Antenna Characterization, Hardware-Software Integration, Link Budget, Lab Instrumentation (Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers), Wireless Communications.


Requirements

  • Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related quantitative field – Mandatory
  • 2-4 years of professional hands-on experience in RF systems engineering or hardware integration within multidisciplinary product companies – Mandatory
  • Solid technical understanding of RF components, communication protocols, and measurement methodologies – Mandatory
  • Practical experience working with standard laboratory test equipment (e.g., Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), spectrum analyzers, signal generators) – Mandatory
  • Full professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written) for global team collaboration – Mandatory
  • Readiness for international travel to support global deployments and integration tasks – Mandatory
  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities, self-driven learning curve, and excellent team-player capabilities – Mandatory
