About The Role
The RF Engineer at Filtronic Plc plays a vital role in the design, development, and delivery of high-performance RF and mmWave products and solutions. This position requires a highly skilled professional with advanced technical expertise in RF/microwave engineering, hands-on experience in circuit design and testing, and a strong problem-solving ability. The RF Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, adhering to high engineering standards and contributing to the company’s product roadmap. Qualifications

Experience with RF measurements, characterisation, and troubleshooting in a laboratory environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements related to RF products is advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, simulation, and development of RF and mmWave circuits, components, and subsystems, ensuring they meet performance specifications and project requirements.
