ATDI is seeking an RF Engineer to join our U.S. team, based in our Tysons, Virginia office, just 15 miles west of downtown Washington, DC. This is a highly varied, client-facing role that combines deep RF engineering expertise with strong consulting, presentation, and training skills. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across the civil and defense sectors.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and expert consulting services.

Conduct technical studies, including field measurements, radio network planning and coverage studies, and technical reporting.

Deliver professional training on ATDI software solutions covering radio network planning, spectrum management, and geospatial data management.

Support clients with geospatial data conversion and management.

Represent ATDI at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Support pre-sales activities, including preparing technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, and participating in technical sales discussions.

Develop technical requirements and contribute to product customization.
Technical Qualifications

Strong expertise in RF engineering and wireless communications systems.

Solid understanding of radio network planning, spectrum management, and electronic warfare.

Experience with geospatial or cartographic data management.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.

Mid- to senior-level hands-on experience in RF engineering.

Authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available).

Willingness to travel internationally as required.
