Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated RF Engineer with a strong
RF Security Research mindset
and hands-on experience in
Software Defined Radio (SDR)
, wireless communications, signal processing, protocol analysis, and security research.
The ideal candidate should enjoy exploring wireless technologies, reverse engineering protocols, building SDR-based communication systems, analyzing RF signals, and identifying vulnerabilities in wireless ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
-
Design, develop, and test RF communication systems using SDR platforms.
-
Build and analyze signal processing flowgraphs using
GNU Radio
and
GNU Radio Companion (GRC)
.

Develop custom GNU Radio blocks
-
Perform RF signal capture, demodulation, decoding, and protocol analysis.
-
Conduct RF Security Research and vulnerability assessments of wireless systems.
-
Perform wireless protocol reverse engineering and threat analysis.
-
Develop Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for wireless security research.
-
Analyze RF traffic and identify anomalous behavior.
-
Develop FPGA-based DSP and communication modules.
-
Contribute to research projects involving SDR, wireless communications, and spectrum intelligence.

Document findings and prepare technical reports.

Work on
Network-in-a-Box (NIB) solutions
and private cellular network deployments using open-source telecom platforms such as
OpenBTS, Open5GS, srsRAN, OpenAirInterface (OAI), Osmocom, YateBTS, GNU Radio, gr-gsm, gr-lora, SDRangel, and Asterisk
.
