EXO Talent Partners is seeking a senior-level RF Engineer to support the design and development of advanced RF/microwave receiver and frequency converter systems supporting mission-critical defense programs.
This is a high-visibility design role with technical leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities
- Design RF/microwave receivers and frequency converters through 18GHz+
- Perform system architecture and top-level requirements allocation
- Conduct frequency planning and spur analysis
- Perform cascade NF/IP3 analysis
- Design wideband, high dynamic range receiver systems
- Lead technical design reviews
- Support customer presentations and technical proposals

Mentor junior engineers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years RF/microwave circuit design experience
- PCB-based RF design experience to 18GHz+
- Experience with PLLs, mixers, filter technologies
- Familiarity with Genesys, OrCad, MATLAB, PSPICE or similar tools

Ability to obtain security clearance
