  • Develop and own methods for adjustment, diagnostics, functional testing, and performance verification to ensure world-class performance of our high-end hardware products
  • Design and implement robust diagnostics and adjustment solutions in a modern C++ environment, tightly integrated with advanced hardware
  • Bring up and stabilize new hardware generations using prototypes, R&D tools, and state-of-the-art lab equipment at the forefront of current technology
  • Serve as the technical bridge from development to production and customers by rolling out solutions and supporting manufacturing sites and customer systems worldwide
  • Analyze production and field data to detect issues early, improve manufacturability, and continuously push performance to technical limits
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong C++ skills and a solid grasp of object-oriented design principles
  • Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques
  • Analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze production or field data to identify root causes and improve our system performance
  • Ability to work across disciplines and collaborate closely with hardware, software, and manufacturing stakeholders
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Motivation to learn and grow continuously
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
  • German language skills
