该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibility: Firmware Development – 80% Design and develop end-to-end product firmware based on customer specifications and provided platforms. Perform unit testing to ensure code robustness, and continuously optimize design for superior code structure, execution efficiency and product performance. Conduct self-testing of code and features; collaborate with SVT teams for comprehensive software validation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date firmware documentation; ensure timely release of firmware versions in company systems (e.g., applying ECOs in Agile workflows) and accurate versioning to production lines. Partner with optical, hardware, and test teams to drive continuous improvements in firmware performance, efficiency, and process capabilities. Analyze and respond to firmware RFQs in a timely manner. Report project progress and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. New Product Transfer & Introduction – 20% Provide customer support for firmware-related queries, version upgrades, and ongoing sustainment. Offer production line firmware support and sustainment for Fuzhou, BKK, IPH, and other global sites. Assist with special projects as needed to ensure successful delivery and implementation. Job Requirements: MSEE or related degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science). 5+ years of experience in control systems development with FPGA and/or microcontrollers, focusing on firmware writing for embedded applications; experience in the optical communication industry is preferred. Expertise in C and C++ programming for embedded systems, with experience in assembly programming. Proficient in lab bench debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers). Proficient in programming languages: C, C++, Assembly; familiarity with Python is preferred. Knowledge and practical experience in NIOS, ARM, and GNU tool chains. Solid understanding and experience in Object-Oriented design; familiarity with software architecture and design patterns is preferred. Knowledge of optical components driver and calibration. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Creative, analytical, and structured problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities involving both internal and external tasks. Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment.
