Role Overview
We are seeking a PCB Layout Design Engineer to design high-reliability printed circuit boards for aerospace and avionics applications. The role requires expertise in Altium Designer, multilayer PCB design, signal integrity, EMC/EMI considerations, and manufacturable layouts for mission-critical electronics. Exposure to AI-assisted engineering workflows is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Design multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer.

Perform component placement, routing, stack-up definition, impedance control, and layout optimization.

Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, embedded software, mechanical, and systems teams.

Support EMI/EMC, signal integrity, power integrity, and reliability-driven design practice.

Generate manufacturing deliverables including Gerber, ODB++, fabrication and assembly documentation.

Participate in DFM, DFA, and DFT review.

Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.

Support prototype bring-up, qualification, and production activities.
Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years of PCB layout design experience

Strong proficiency in Altium Designer

Experience with multilayer, mixed-signal, high-speed digital, and power electronics PCB designer.

Understanding of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), EMI/EMC, controlled impedance routing, grounding, and shielding.

Knowledge of PCB fabrication, assembly, and IPC standards.
