At Enercon Technologies, we develop advanced power conversion and networking solutions for aerospace, defense, and mission-critical applications.
We are looking for an experienced PCB Designer to join our engineering team and lead complex PCB development projects from concept to production.
Responsibilities:
Lead PCB development activities throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements definition through schematic capture, layout, and release to manufacturing.
Design complex, high-density, multi-layer PCBs for power electronics, and embedded systems applications.
Collaborate closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to optimize product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Develop PCB stack-ups and routing strategies while addressing Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), EMC/EMI, thermal, and mechanical constraints.
Generate and release complete manufacturing documentation packages, including fabrication and assembly deliverables.
Implement and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain design documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive technical solutions and contribute innovative PCB design methodologies and best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedule, quality, and performance objectives.
B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering – advantage.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on PCB design experience – mandatory.
Proven experience designing complex, high-density, multi-layer PCBs.
Strong understanding of power electronics design considerations, including Power Integrity, Signal Integrity, EMC/EMI, grounding, and high-current routing.
Experience with advanced PCB technologies such as blind/buried vias, HDI structures, controlled impedance, and high-speed routing.
Experience with thermal management and high-power PCB design techniques.
Strong understanding of mechanical integration and electro-mechanical design considerations.
Ability to work with 2D and 3D mechanical data and collaborate effectively with mechanical design teams.
Proficiency with Cadence Allegro PCB Designer – mandatory.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Fluent English, both written and verbal– advantage.
