PCB Design and Fabrication Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an innovative PCB Design and Fabrication Engineer to design high-quality layouts and define the manufacturing processes that ensure reliability and cost-efficiency. You will be responsible for multilayer designs and must have a deep understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testing). If you are a CAD expert with an analytical mindset, you will thrive in this role as you turn complex concepts into physical boards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in PCB design and manufacturing.
• High proficiency in CAD software such as Altium Designer, KiCAD, or Eagle.
• Strong knowledge of DFM and DFT principles.
• Analytical mindset with experience in failure analysis and design improvement.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create complex, multilayer PCB designs using professional CAD software.
• Define fabrication parameters and establish testing standards for production.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage PCB production and quality.
• Analyze board failures to improve the manufacturability and reliability of designs.
