About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Neural Network Compiler Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of our neural networks by enhancing and extending our production-grade compiler. You will collaborate closely with hardware architects and model developers to deepen the understanding of our neural network inference platform and optimize its capabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing compiler support for novel features of our high-performance architecture, ensuring that our neural network inference remains at the forefront of efficiency and speed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and hardware integration, contributing to the development of autonomous driving systems that are safer and more reliable.
Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience

MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 1+ years of industry experience

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

At least 1 year of industry and/or academic experience with compilers and parallel computing

Experience working with machine learning inference or linear algebra computations

Proficiency in C++ programming
Responsibilities

Enhance and extend the production-grade compiler to maximize neural network performance

Collaborate with hardware architects and model developers to understand neural network inference platforms

Develop and implement compiler support for new features of high-performance architectures

Optimize neural network inference workflows to improve speed and efficiency

Contribute to the development of scalable and maintainable compiler infrastructure

Stay updated with the latest advancements in neural network algorithms and hardware architectures
