📌 Job Details:

• Experience: 10+ Years
• Job Type: Contract (C2C)
• Location: Remote (US-based, PST hours support required)
• Visa: Open to any visa type

⚡ What You’ll Do:

• Define and implement DFT architecture for complex ASIC and SoC designs.
• Lead scan insertion, compression, JTAG, MBIST, and LBIST implementation.
• Develop, validate, and debug ATPG patterns.
• Drive silicon bring-up and production testing efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

🛠 What You Bring:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Deep expertise in Scan, ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, JTAG, and fault analysis.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools: Siemens Tessent, Synopsys TestMAX/Tetramax, and Cadence Modus .
• Strong understanding of frontend ASIC design and verification flows.
