Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Junior Product & Electronics Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate is a proactive "all-rounder" who enjoys the transition from a prototype to a finished product. You will support the design process, manage technical documentation, and act as the vital link between our engineering lab and the production floor.

Your Role

  • Assist the R&D team with minor design tasks, including cable harness design, PCBA design, component selection and more.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for our factory partners to ensure smooth production transitions and resolve manufacturing queries.
  • Create and maintain technical files, including Assembly Guides, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production testing procedures.
  • Build and evaluate early-stage prototypes, conduct engineering research on new components, and perform validation testing.
  • Monitor first-article inspections and help refine designs based on factory feedback to improve "Design for Manufacturing" (DfM).
  • Design and execute test plans for new hardware to ensure it meets our quality and durability standards before it hits the market.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to read schematics, understand PCBA layouts, and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, soldering irons, and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters) to build or modify prototypes.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing version-controlled documentation and BOMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineers, document processes clearly and communicate with external manufacturing partners.
  • A proactive mindset focused on finding practical solutions to hardware and production challenges.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with KiCad or any similar EDA software.
  • Basic knowledge of 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) for cable routing or enclosures.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or C for automated testing scripts.
  • Familiarity with Git for managing design files.
