Role Description
The Jr Embedded Hardware Designer will support the design, development, and testing of embedded hardware for industrial networking products such as Ethernet switches, IO controllers, and RF/LTE devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include schematic design, basic PCB layout assistance, component selection, hardware debugging, and collaboration with senior engineers on circuit optimization and validation. The role also involves working closely with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware–software integration, participating in design reviews, and preparing technical documentation for prototypes and production units. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring presence in the engineering lab and production environment.

Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Development and general Hardware engineering for embedded and industrial applications.

Candidates should possess skills in Electronics and Electronics Hardware Design for board-level and system-level implementations.

Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Design for analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits used in networking and control devices.

Basic knowledge of PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) and experience with schematic capture and layout review.

Understanding of industrial communication interfaces and protocols (e.g., Ethernet, RS-485, Modbus) is beneficial.

Ability to use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and power supplies for testing and debugging.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
