Role Description This is a full-time Hardware Engineer role based in Borivali, offered in a hybrid work model with some flexibility for work from home. The Hardware Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain computer and electronics hardware components and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and reviewing circuit designs, assembling and configuring hardware setups, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, and ensuring compatibility and performance standards are met. The role also involves collaborating with software and support teams, documenting technical specifications, and assisting in hardware upgrades and deployments for clients. The engineer is expected to follow best practices in safety, reliability, and quality assurance while meeting project timelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Development and overall Hardware system design and integration.
• Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Design and Electronics Hardware Design for creating, testing, and optimizing electronic circuits.
• Candidates should possess skills in Computer Hardware, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of desktops, servers, and peripheral devices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in testing and diagnostics.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment for circuit design, simulation, and hardware testing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, datasheets, and hardware documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in hardware engineering, electronics repair, or IT infrastructure support is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated learners.
