Job Description

Company Description Innoknowvex is an education technology company focused on reimagining how learning is created, experienced, and applied in a rapidly changing world. Instead of static content, the company designs learning experiences that encourage critical thinking, experimentation, and real-world execution. Its approach combines technology, insight-driven learning, and adaptive frameworks to build deep problem-solving and future-ready capabilities. Innoknowvex intentionally redesigns traditional education models so that learners can convert understanding into meaningful progress. The company is geared toward people who want to move from ideas to influence and actively shape what comes next.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hardware Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Hardware Engineer will design, prototype, and test hardware systems that support Innoknowvex’s learning platforms and technology products. Responsibilities include developing circuit schematics, selecting and integrating components, collaborating with cross-functional teams (software, product, and content), and ensuring hardware reliability, safety, and performance. The role involves debugging and optimizing hardware designs, preparing documentation and test plans, and supporting manufacturing or vendor coordination where needed. The Hardware Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and proposing innovative hardware solutions that align with the company’s learning and product goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Hardware Development and Computer Hardware, with experience taking designs from concept to prototype.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Circuit Design and Electronics Hardware Design, including schematic capture and PCB-level design.
  • Practical experience working with hardware lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers) and debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards, safety considerations, and best practices for reliable and scalable hardware products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and document designs and test results effectively.
  • Experience in EdTech, embedded systems, or hardware for learning environments is a plus.
