Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hardware Engineer role based in Yerevan, Armenia. The Hardware Engineer will design, develop, and test electronic circuits and hardware components for new and existing products. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing schematics, collaborating with cross-functional teams on system architecture, and participating in design validation and debugging. The role involves working with prototypes, performing hardware integration, and ensuring compliance with performance, reliability, and safety standards. The Hardware Engineer will document designs, support manufacturing and production teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of hardware development processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Hardware Development and Computer Hardware, with experience designing and implementing hardware solutions.
  • Proficiency in Circuit Design and Electronics Hardware Design, including working with schematics, PCB layout tools, and relevant design software.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware testing, debugging, and validation using laboratory equipment and measurement tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital and analog electronics, embedded systems fundamentals, and hardware-software integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Yerevan, Armenia, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for hardware design is an advantage.
  • Experience in product lifecycle development, from concept and prototyping through to production support, is beneficial.
