The Role-

  • Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the planning, modification, and maintenance of complex electronic products from the development phase through full-scale production.
  • NPI & DFx Leadership: Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and apply Design for Excellence (DFx) methodologies to ensure manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.
  • Critical Component Management: Take ownership of key technical areas, including battery lifecycle management, NFC integration, and RF performance.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform hands-on engineering to solve complex technical failures, conducting in-depth failure analysis to maintain high quality standards.
  • Global Collaboration: Interface with development and manufacturing teams both locally and internationally to ensure compliance with global standards and regulations.


Requirements-

  • BSc in Electronics Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in product compliance and international regulations
  • Deep understanding of electronic design, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and multidisciplinary product development
  • Technical expertise in PCB/PCBA design, assembly processes, batteries, RF, and IR technologies
  • Experience with testing methodologies and ATE (Automatic Test Equipment)
  • Familiarity with Altium or OrCAD for schematic and board design – Significant advantage
  • High-level proficiency in English
