The Role-

Product Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the planning, modification, and maintenance of complex electronic products from the development phase through full-scale production.

NPI & DFx Leadership: Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and apply Design for Excellence (DFx) methodologies to ensure manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.

Critical Component Management: Take ownership of key technical areas, including battery lifecycle management, NFC integration, and RF performance.

Root Cause Analysis: Perform hands-on engineering to solve complex technical failures, conducting in-depth failure analysis to maintain high quality standards.

Global Collaboration: Interface with development and manufacturing teams both locally and internationally to ensure compliance with global standards and regulations.
Requirements-

BSc in Electronics Engineering
-
5 years of experience in product compliance and international regulations

Deep understanding of electronic design, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and multidisciplinary product development

Technical expertise in PCB/PCBA design, assembly processes, batteries, RF, and IR technologies

Experience with testing methodologies and ATE (Automatic Test Equipment)

Familiarity with Altium or OrCAD for schematic and board design – Significant advantage

High-level proficiency in English
