An established, financially stable technology and engineering corporation that designs and manufactures ultra-high-precision motion control systems and automation architectures optimized for the global semiconductor inspection industry.

The company is located in a prominent high-tech industrial park in Northern Israel and operates on a hybrid model with flexibility for one day of remote work alongside flexible working hours.

Position Overview-

  • Senior Hardware Design & FPGA Engineer taking comprehensive end-to-end technical responsibility over the lifecycle of complex, high-precision electronic boards and digital logic design.
  • Bridging the gap between physical electrical board design and low-level firmware architecture by writing robust, high-speed digital logic code.
  • Conducting deep high-level system-engineering analysis to translate complex mechanical and motion-control requirements into concrete analog and digital schematics.
  • Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary R&D squads—including control loops experts, layout editors, and embedded software engineers—to ensure flawless hardware integration.
  • Overseeing board bring-up, lab testing, signal integrity analysis, and full validation loops for highly sensitive measurement systems.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a highly related quantitative academic discipline (Mandatory).
  • 4+ years of proven, hands-on professional experience in Board Design (schematics capture, component routing, multi-layer mixed-signal boards) (Mandatory).
  • 2–3 years of practical, hands-on engineering experience in FPGA development and digital logic design (Mandatory).
  • Deep, demonstrable coding mastery and structural engineering experience utilizing VHDL (Mandatory).
  • Strong, balanced technical command over both Analog and Digital electronics principles (Mandatory).
  • Excellent Systems Engineering capabilities, with a proven track record of analyzing high-level product requirements and converting them into structured hardware layouts (Mandatory).
  • Mastery of professional electronic design automation (EDA) and CAD tools, specifically OrCAD and Allegro (Mandatory).
  • Prior engineering experience working with motion control platforms, servo drives, precision sensors, or automation systems is a highly significant professional advantage.
