Position Overview-

Senior Board Design / Hardware Engineer joining a core, collaborative Hardware and Embedded Systems division, taking comprehensive technical ownership over end-to-end hardware development.

Driving the full lifecycle of complex printed circuit boards (PCBs)—from schematic capture, component selection, and structural simulation through to manufacturing release.

Designing and optimizing intricate Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal circuitries specifically engineered for rugged industrial control environments.

Leading hands-on hardware Bring-up phases, system validation, and deep signal integrity debugging using high-end laboratory test equipment.

Collaborating cross-functionally to support production-floor scaling, automated testing assembly setups, and root-cause failure analysis of systems deployed in the field.
Requirements-

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized academic institution (Mandatory).

5+ years of proven professional experience in hands-on Board Design / Hardware Engineering (Mandatory).

Proven track record in the design and layout optimization of complex, multi-layer PCBs (Mandatory).

Extensive engineering experience with embedded systems hardware architectures, including MCUs, high-speed memory structures, and core peripherals (Mandatory).

Direct, practical experience in Mixed-Signal circuit design alongside deep structural familiarity with Power Management Systems (batteries, DC/DC converters, and protection topologies) (Mandatory).

Robust capabilities in electronic debugging and hardware Bring-up using specialized lab equipment (such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Logic Analyzers) (Mandatory).

Comprehensive technical mastery of industrial communication interfaces (including
UART, SPI, I2C, RS-485
, or similar protocols) (Mandatory).

Hands-on proficiency using Altium Designer or equivalent enterprise ECAD software suites is a highly significant advantage.
