We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Hardware Engineer with strong PCB Design expertise to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating hardware solutions for a Medical/Industrial electronics product from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop multi-layer PCBs using tools like Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle

Schematic capture, component selection, and BOM management

Design circuits involving USB (USB-A, USB-C, USB 3.x), NFC, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Wifi, etc.

Perform signal integrity and power integrity analysis

Collaborate with firmware/embedded software teams for hardware-software bring-up

Conduct design reviews, DVT/EVT testing, and validation

Troubleshoot hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters

Prepare and maintain hardware documentation (schematics, layouts, design specs)
Required skills and qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field

2+ years of experience in hardware/PCB design

Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools

Strong understanding of USB (USB-A, USB-C, USB 3.x), NFC, and Ethernet interface design

Experience with DC-DC converters, LDOs, and power management ICs

Knowledge of EMI/EMC design guidelines and compliance standards

Familiarity with embedded microcontrollers or SoCs is a plus

Prior experience taking a product from prototype to mass production
