Role Description This full-time, on-site Hardware Engineer / Customer Support Executive role is based in Pune. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer and electronics hardware, as well as supporting hardware deployment and configuration at customer locations. The individual will handle customer queries, provide technical support, and ensure timely resolution of hardware-related issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, documenting service activities, collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex problems, and maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. The role also requires adherence to company processes, safety practices, and continuous learning to stay current with evolving hardware technologies.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Hardware Development and Electronics Hardware Design.
  • Candidates should possess practical experience with Computer Hardware and general Hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or field service, with clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documentation, and use diagnostic tools and test equipment effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to work on-site at customer locations in and around Ahmednagar / Ahilyanagar, and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
