At Ellab, we create validation and monitoring solutions used globally in pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare environments. As a Hardware Engineer, you will turn ideas and requirements into production-ready electronics that meet the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design electronics for low-power, battery-driven systems
  • Develop hardware from concept to validated product
  • Work with MCUs, sensors, and standard interfaces (USB, PoE)
  • Ensure EMC-compliant designs
  • Support validation testing and production readiness
  • Maintain documentation and component libraries


Who You Are


  • You design with quality and manufacturability in mind
  • You document and communicate effectively
  • You take ownership and deliver results
  • You support and mentor colleagues when needed


Skills you’ll bring to Ellab


  • 5+ years of professional hardware experience
  • Experience with low-power design
  • Ability to translate requirements into robust designs
  • Knowledge of EMC and design for manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Altium Agile and Business Central


Nice to Have


  • Antenna design experience (NFC, Zigbee)
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements
