About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hardware Development Engineer to design, develop, and validate hardware systems for edge computing and embedded applications. The role involves working across hardware design, prototyping, testing, debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and support hardware development for embedded or edge AI platforms.
  • Work on schematic review, PCB validation, component selection, and system bring-up.
  • Perform debugging, testing, and validation across hardware prototypes and production units.
  • Collaborate with firmware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth integration.
  • Support hardware issue analysis, root-cause investigation, and corrective actions.
  • Document design changes, test results, and validation findings clearly.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hardware development, embedded systems, or electronics engineering.
  • Good understanding of digital hardware, interfaces, and system-level troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a practical approach to debugging.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with PCB design tools, hardware validation, or board bring-up.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based embedded systems.
  • Exposure to IoT devices, edge devices, or AI hardware platforms.
  • Edge AI or surveillance hardware.
  • Understanding of manufacturing support, testing workflows, and hardware reliability.
  • Smart city or infrastructure-grade deployments.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
