- Develop and implement DRAM controller/PHY solutions for data-center applications. Validate functionality, improve design to optimize performance, power, latency and efficiency.

Memory controller/PHY Integration: Design and integration memory system.
- Experience in designing and implementation of memory controller/PHY.
- Familiar with the DRAM interface standards and memory technologies such as DDR or LPDDR or HBM.
- Familiarity with DFI protocol of LPDDR or HBM.
- Familiar with digital design and integration flow.
- HBM controller/PHY IC design experience is a plus
- Familiarity with AXI protocol
