As a Digital IC Design Junior Engineer with Marvell, you'll be a member of the Connectivity business group.What You Can Expect
The Digital Design Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of test architecture and logic across various blocks of a high-speed coherent transceiver.
Responsibilities include:
· RTL design/coding.
· Testbench simulation and verification.
· Debug design issues and ensure functional correctness.
· Create block-level specifications and documentation.
· Support synthesis, timing closure, and physical implementation teams by providing constraints, documentation, and timely resolution of design issues.
· Participate in design reviews and contribute to architecture decisions.

What We're Looking For
Education:
· Engineering degree in electronics, computers, communications or a related technical field(s).
Technical Knowledge:
· Proficiency in RTL design using Verilog and/or SystemVerilog.
· Solid understanding of digital logic design, synchronous design principles, and hardware state machines.
· Experience with simulation environments and debugging tools (ModelSim, VCS, Questa, etc.).
· Ability to work collaboratively with verification, physical design, and other teams.
· Ability to communicate in spoken and written English with teams in other geographical locations.
Preferred:
· Knowledge in Design for Test hardware and techniques in VLSI.
· Experience in architectural design and implementation in VLSI or FPGA.
· Basic knowledge on standard verification methods (ie UVM), regression and testplan.
· Creative design ability to solve problems demanding the highest levels of speed.
· Strong knowledge of Linux environments.
· Experience working on EDA tools.
Skills:
· Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
· Ability to work across functions and levels.
· Ability to prepare technical presentations.
Languages:
· English: Advanced
· Spanish: Native
