We're working with a premier national security innovator and aerospace leader on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a high-caliber engineer to bridge the gap between complex signal processing research and real-time execution by developing high-performance GPU kernels for next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
You will be at the forefront of digital defense, transforming MATLAB-based signal processing research into lightning-fast C++ and CUDA applications. This is a chance to work on deep-tech prototyping where your code directly impacts the safety of mission-critical hardware in the field.
The Role
-
Design and implement real-time signal processing algorithms using C++ and bespoke CUDA kernels for high-performance GPU architectures.
-
Decompose complex signal processing chains into discrete components, optimizing for low latency and high-speed data transfer across multi-core systems.
-
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of machine learning experts, RF designers, and systems engineers to integrate software with cutting-edge RF hardware.
-
Develop multi-threaded software architectures within Linux and RTOS environments (like VxWorks) utilizing high-speed protocols such as DDS, TCP/IP, and UDP.
-
Profile and optimize performance using NVIDIA specialized tools like Compute Sanitizer, NCU, and math libraries including cuBLAS, cuFFT, and cuSOLVER.
What You'll Need
-
8+ years of professional software development experience with a mastery of C++ and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or CS.
-
Deep expertise in NVIDIA GPU programming (CUDA) and parallel computing architectures in a Linux environment.
-
Proven experience with Government open architectures (Big Iron, Cobra) and version control tools like Git, Subversion, and Jenkins for CI/CD.
-
Ability to translate algorithms from MATLAB/Python into real-time executable code for High Performance Computing (HPC) platforms.
-
An active Secret level security clearance with the capability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.
What's On Offer
-
Highly competitive salary range ($107k - $195k) with 4+ weeks of PTO and 11 paid holidays.
-
Robust financial security with a 401K featuring a 6% company match and immediate vesting.
-
Professional growth through technical upskilling, education support, and exposure to state-of-the-art Electronic Warfare R&D.
