Firmware Test Engineer

JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Basic  Server / Storage architecture and related key parts. 
2. With knowledge of Server system assamble and setup test environment. 
3. Basic understanding of BIOS , BMC , FW functionality. 
4. Ability to excutive the test case based on exisiting test cases. 
5. Ability to simply modify the test cases. 
6. With knowledge of the FW relative tool usage. 


JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

1. Ability to assumble Server / Storage system config.  
2. BIOS basic test, (Setup , Boot option, SMBIOS)
2. OS installation and Driver update
3. Ability to setup BMC remote access environmen
4. With knowledge of IPMI command and relative test. 
5. With basic knowledge of BMC Sensor monitor, Sel logs, KVM and Network management validation, 
6. With knowledge of BIOS & BMC flash tools usage. 
7. Shell scrip or Python
