🚀 WE ARE HIRING EMBEDDED FIRMWARE ENGINEER (1+ YOE)

At SHAREWORK , we are looking for a talented Embedded Firmware Engineer to bring our next-generation IoT products to life! If you are a proactive developer with a solid foundation in RTOS and wireless protocols, we want you on board.


📍 Location: Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

⏱️ 9AM - 6PM (Mon to Fri)


Job description:

- Program firmware using C/C++ on the ESP-IDF framework (preferred) or Arduino IDE.

- Design and optimize application workflows using the FreeRTOS real-time operating system (Multi-tasking, Queue, Semaphore, Mutex).

- Integrate and optimize Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (Classic/BLE) protocols, and configure device provisioning.

- Implement IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, CoAP, and WebSockets to connect devices with Servers/Cloud platforms.

- Program interfaces with sensors and functional ICs via standards like UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, PWM, and GPIO.

- Build and deploy secure Over-The-Air (OTA) remote firmware update solutions.

- Partner with the Hardware team to test, measure circuits, debug, and resolve system-level issues.


Requirements:

Must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Automation, or related technical fields.

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in microcontroller firmware development, specifically with ESP32 or ESP8266.

- Highly proficient in C/C++ for embedded systems.

- Solid understanding of embedded system architecture and FreeRTOS (including multi-threading, tasks, queues, semaphores, and mutexes).

- Strong knowledge of computer networks and IoT protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, Sockets).

- Basic ability to read electronic circuit diagrams (Schematics) to collaborate effectively with the hardware team; ability to read English datasheets and reference manuals.

- Proficient with source code management tools like Git (GitHub / GitLab).

Nice to have:

- Experience in Linux programming or developing Gateway applications.

- Familiarity with high-level languages like C# or Java for writing PC tools or simple cross-platform applications.

- Knowledge of IoT security (TLS/SSL, data encryption).

- Japanese skills equivalent to JLPT N3.
