Firmware Engineer | Tuttlingen, Germany | Hybrid

The Role

Take technical responsibility for firmware and embedded software modules
Make architectural decisions within responsible modules
Develop, test, and optimize hardware-related software for microprocessor and FPGA-based systems
Conceive and implement new software functionalities in distributed systems
Analyze complex hardware/software interactions and perform performance optimizations
Further develop existing embedded software for product lines

What You'll Need

Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
Excellent knowledge of C and C++
Several years of professional experience in embedded development, ideally in an industrial environment
Profound knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology and microprocessor technology
Experience with microcontroller platforms such as STM32, Infineon PSoC, and Microchip PIC
