Role Description 🚀 We’re Hiring: IoT Firmware Engineer

AquaLink Bangladesh Limited is looking for an experienced, hands-on IoT Firmware Engineer to develop reliable, production-ready firmware for our Sensometer IoT gateways, controllers, sensor nodes, and automation devices.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop embedded firmware using C/C++ for ESP32, STM32, and similar platforms

• Integrate sensors, energy meters, HVAC systems, relays, actuators, and industrial equipment

• Work with MQTT, HTTP, BLE, Wi-Fi, UART, I²C, SPI, RS-485, and Modbus

• Develop RTOS-based applications using FreeRTOS

• Perform hardware–software integration, testing, debugging, OTA updates, and field troubleshooting

• Implement device provisioning, local data buffering, connectivity recovery, watchdogs, and fail-safe mechanisms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EEE, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Strong C/C++ and embedded-system development skills

• Practical experience with ESP32, STM32, RTOS, sensors, communication protocols, and firmware debugging

• Ability to read schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation

Experience with industrial IoT, energy meters, weather stations, HVAC, PLCs, GSM/LTE, LoRa, Ethernet, embedded Linux, Git, or commercially deployed IoT products will be an advantage.
