Firmware Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the firmware detailed design, code writing, version control management, code review, and optimization of optical module products. Collaborate with hardware engineers to complete the schematic design and design review of transceiver modules. Collaborate with hardware engineers to complete the functional debugging of transceiver modules. Collaborate with software engineers to debug the interfaces for optical module testing and debugging software. Responsible for writing and reviewing firmware-related design documentation. Coordinate with hardware to provide client-side problem analysis, resolution, and technical support. Responsible for building the firmware architecture platform. Provide software support during the new project phases: sample, pilot production. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Computer Science, or related fields, with a solid professional foundation. 8+ years of firmware development experience in optical module projects, including 3+ years of independent project firmware experience. Familiar with optical module software protocol standards, such as SFF-8472, CMIS4.0/5.0, etc. Proficient in MCU hardware platforms based on C8051, ARM, and other architectures (e.g., ADI, STM, sliconlab), with expertise in one or more platforms. Familiar with KEIL or IAR series IDE compilation environments. Familiar with low-speed buses and related protocols, such as I2C, SPI, UART, SMbus, USB, etc., with practical experience in interface driver programming and debugging. Strong team spirit, rigorous development attitude, adept at identifying and solving problems. Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and proficient in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
