We’re looking for an Electronics Engineer to maintain and service their brand-new automated cell counting instrument platform. • Inspect instruments and setups to identify and mitigate potential risks that could lead to downtime. Read and troubleshoot system generated logfiles.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to provide field insights and contribute to continuous product improvement.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, providing a high level of customer service and technical professionalism.
  • Document all interventions in our service system (CRM)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of field experience, ideally with electromechanical laboratory equipment or automation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of sensors, actuators, firmware interaction, and basic networking.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestic (80% of work time).

If you're interested, and you've made it this far, we would encourage you to send an email to Benjamin Carter, the lead recruiter for this search, with your resume and a subject line titled "Your Name - Electronics Engineer). He can be reached at [email protected].
